Join our team as a Teaching Ambassador and become a pivotal part of introducing newcomers to the exciting world of Pickleball at PicklePlex®! This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sports, eager to teach and skilled in leveraging technology to enhance the player experience. As a Teaching Ambassador, you'll lead our "Come to Pickleplex and Learn How to Play Pickleball" sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6ᴘᴍ to 8ᴘᴍ, accommodating up to 12 players at no cost.

Or, join our team as an Ambassador II. This part-time position, endorsed by the Board of Directors, is designed to support new business processes at PicklePlex. Your responsibilities will include:

- Checking in players using Scan Technology.

- Uploading pictures for new member Electronic Badges.

- Conducting visual badge checks until gate completion.

- Selling multi-session Daily Pass packages.

- Assisting in the transition to 100% Guest Pass automation.

- Supporting visitors with the new Kiosk system.

- Providing various administrative support as directed by the Board of Directors.

- Working morning and/or afternoon slots, a minimum of 3 hours, two to three times per week, with projected hours starting at 7:30ᴀᴍ and 4:30ᴘᴍ.

Shifts available Monday through Friday (AM and/or PM shifts) and Saturday/Sunday (mornings only).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with CourtReserve.

- General comfort using technology.

- Communication/marketing skills.

- Webpage and social media proficiency.

This role is an expansion of our successful Ambassador I initiative, focusing on player education and technology assistance, particularly with Courtreserve introductions.
